Das Projekt setzt sich zum Ziel, Gelingensbedingungen und Barrieren in Steuerungsprozessen und bezogen auf Steuerungsimpulse für Inklusion – vertreten als Governance – für die Realisierung von inklusiven Bildungssystemen zu untersuchen. Im Fokus stehen Netzwerkanalysen und die Einbindung aller relevanten Akteurinnen und Akteure sowie Stakeholder im Rahmen inklusiver Bildungstransformationsprozesse und laufender Reformbestrebungen in den beteiligten Ländern Deutschland, Österreich, Italien und Spanien.
Ziel des Projektes ist es, durch den Ländervergleich qualifizierte Kenntnisse für eine gelingende Governance für inklusive Bildung zu gewinnen und ein internationales Curriculum zu entwickeln, dass als Open Educational Resource allen Interessierten als Informations- und Qualifizierungstool zur Verfügung steht mit dem Ziel, sich für inklusive Bildung und die damit in Verbindung stehenden Steuerungselemente zu professionalisieren.
Am 6. Dezember 2024 fand in Stuttgart die Abschlusskonferenz statt.
Programmhighlights dieser Abschlussveranstaltung waren unter anderem die Keynote "Overview of three years of research and intellectual outputs in GovInEd" von Frau Prof. Dr. Kerstin Merz-Atalik (PH Ludwigsburg) und Frau Prof. Silvia Kopp-Sixt (PH Steiermark) und die Keynote "Professionalization for inclusive school reforms in the multi-level system" von Frau Prof. Lani Florian (University of Edinburgh).
Abgerundet wurde das Programm mit Workshops zum Thema "GovInEd - Prozesse und Ergebnisse" und einem Open Space, wo Teilnehmende die Gelegenheit nutzen konnten, Erfahrungen zu thematisieren und zu diskutieren und neue Ideen und Lösungen zu entwickeln.

What is this project about
The Erasmus+ project GovInEd aims to explore how and why coordination or implementation does or does not work in all levels of the governance system (multi level analyses of governance) and to gain knowledge and expertise that can be shared through professionalization of stakeholders on governance of inclusive education. The project focus is on network analyses and involvement of all relevant actors and stakeholders in the context of inclusive education transformation processes and ongoing reform efforts in the participating countries Germany, Austria, Italy and Spain.

Nine institutions from Austria, Germany, Italy and Spain are jointl y implementing the project:

What will be done
- Multilevel network analyses of international governance systems, structures and strategies in inclusive education reforms to work out the relevant factors for success in the implementation of inclusive education reforms based on the international comparison.
- Curriculum/Module for training and professionalization "Governance of inclusive Education/International" to enable students to gain insights into the policy and governance level of educational systems in different countries.
- Barrier free web based e Learning and information platform providing AI supported access to materials and OER on governance of inclusive education.
